Can we create sample projects?

I can't create sample projects in Jira any more .

Is this still possible?

Can you go to an existing board settings and go to "Create a new board" it will give you the opportunity to create a new board witj sample data and a new project with data where the new board will belongs.

That really sucks. I teach classrooms of people about Jira and now I have nothing to show them.

Does anyone know of at least a sample project JSON i could import and maintain?
