Hi, I created an intake form that has two different issue types that people can select from. However, I'm not sure how I can change the fields based on the issue type selected. For example, issue type one is for marketing email requests and issue type two is for support email requests. They require different questions to be answered and therefore we'd like different versions of the form based on the issue type selected. Is this possible?

Yes, You can have different screens (with a different set of fields) for each issue types.

@Alex Medved _ConfiForms_ no, no plugin. Just have people "create" a ticket of sorts where they can select my project and then 1 of 2 issue types. I just want different questions asked based on the issue type selected.
