How to create Queues for Classic software project type similar to Service desk project

Why not just create a filter to show those issues?
Then you can use the filter in a Filter Results gadget on a Dashboard.
Queues is the feature specific for the Jira Service Desk and cannot be created for other project types. However, if you can describe what you are trying to achieve (queue is just the representation of the JQL results), I may suggest a solution if one exists.

Thanks for the response. Basically team should be able to dashboard view with the open items, new items etc. under the project similar to what we can view in service desk project
