Can we change outgoing email on Jira cloud?

Hi Team,

I am using JIRA Cloud and I can't figure out where I can change the outgoing email. Do we have a way to define emails from ABC@mycompanydomain.com instead of atlassian email ?

Actually I am looking to change Global outgoing email notification for all project not project basis .

That was what my answer refers to there is only one outgoing email.
