Can we arrange Issue Type in alphabetical order

Is there any way to change the order of issue type in create issue screen for specific project ?

Yes, re-arrange them in the issue type scheme for the project.

I am trying to arrange issue types in schema, but  Story always appear first (eventhough its second order).  Also I have removed any default type

Remember that it will default to the last one you used as well.
