Can we allocate licenses for a Jira cloud add-on only to specific users?

Hello,

is it possible to assign licenses to specific users for some Attlasian Marketplace addons?

Example: (Structure by tempo, Git integration for Jira cloud) - we don't need the whole user directory to have a license assigned.

I am David and I work for GitKraken and we make the Git Integration for Jira app. As Alexis has pointed, it is not possible to allocate licenses to specific users. Atlassian will require that all users in your instance are licensed.

Hi @Nisipeanu Traian Horst , 

at the moment it is not possible to allocate an addon license to a specific user : when you add an app to your Jira Cloud instance, then it will be billed using the highest user tier.

However, on some addons you can configure permissions so that only some users can access the tool (that's the case for Structure for example).
