I want to add more than 100 people to one of my Jira service management project. So, is there any way to add the list at once, or should I do it one by one?
@Shikha Verma The easiest way to do this is to get all the email addresses in one place. A comma separated .csv works best. When you have all these;
1. Navigate to your admin panel within your cloud organization.
2. Select Directory at the top of the screen
3. Click the Invite Users button
4. Past all the email addresses (separated by a comma) in the Email addresses box.

Thanks for the response @Peter DeWitt, Actually I am looking to add our existing users to the service management project as customers so they can keep track of the ticket's progress.

The easiest way is to register your domain. Once that is done, all your users will get sucked in and show up under provisioned accounts.
Admin -> Directory -> Domains
Once you do this, you can also connect an identity provider
Admin -> Security -> SAML single sign-on
I should also add, you will need Access to do the above.
If you don't have access, just invite your users but don't assign them to a product. They should be able to open service desk tickets.
