Can we add a custom field (Text Box) on "Complete Sprint" pop up.

While completing sprint, I just want to enter some comments regarding that sprint, is there any possible way to do that?

No, because you'd need to add somewhere to store the information, and some code in the core of the "complete" function to pop the window for the user.

You can't add the code required to do the second into Cloud
