I would like to pause the timer for a specific Status in my Software Project, is this possible? While an issue is in say "On Hold", I don't want that to be considered in the time to resolution of the ticket due to circumstances outside our control. I can't see a way to do it with Post Functions in Transitions in the workflow and there are no SLAs for software projects.
Is there some JWME that can accomplish it that can be incorporated into a Post Function?
