Can the Test Summary screen be customized to include custom fields for report generation?

In my project, we have a custom field 'Sprint' having the sprint numbers listed in it in the issue type template of 'Test'.

Can I configure the Zephry Test Summary page to have a custom field 'Sprint' as a drop down (like how we have 'Versions' now there having a list of version values) for me to select the 'Sprint Nos' from it?
