Can't use Dell's user name and password to login Jira

I can't login in Jira by using Dell's user name and password, please help to share SOP to allow me can go step by step to create Jira account.

I'm sorry, but I don't think you're in the best place to address this issue. The community can support many issues, but what you describe sounds like something that should be discussed with your internal IT department.

Do you know what platform you are using Jira on? Is it on cloud, does the URL look like XYZ.atlassian.net?
