I am not able to see the new Jira issue view in my Software project, even though I have set my profile Personal Settings to enable it
I can think of two ways an issue can be presented to you.
1. The original issue view which utilizes the View Screen
2. The agile issue view which utilized the Agile Board Configuration
Now, I would need to understand the problem being faced. Can you send screenshot that would be helpful?
@Marc Jason Mutuc - thanks for the response. If I view my Software project via the Board/Backlog, I see the left pane with a list of issues and the right pane with the selected issue, which correctly shows the new Jira issue view (screenshot #1)
As soon as I open the issue by clicking the link, it reverts to the old issue view with no option to change to new issue view (screenshot #2)
