Can't see tagged user name on the notification email but his code ID

Hi,

for the last few months, I can't see the User name on the emails, but I see the code number.

can someone help me to understand why this was changed? 

In JIRA I can see the name of the user, But in the email, it looks like a code [~accountid:5caf45ff6092413187ce0737]  and it's impossible to know who is it.

I've done no change, it just changed and I don't' know how to fix it.
