Can't remove labels

I'm trying to remove a label from an issue and after I do so, it get added back. See a screenshot below for All History of an issue. Any fix for this or know why this is happening? I know it's not automation because the log would say so

Another example showing that it happens after I remove the label within seconds

I've also got this issue in the Discovery projects, and it is super annoying and preventing me from making roadmap updates
