Can't receive notification email and send email of issues

Hi,

we can't receive email notifications when users create an issue. also, we can't send issues by using email this issue and only show this message

I hope this is coming from a plugin called "Email This Issue".

I would suggest you to check the "SMTP Connection" is it being setup in the plugin configuration page. The warning/error you are getting says that there isn't any outgoing mail connect set as default ,

Coming to other part regarding the notifications when issue created, check the Notification Scheme inside that particular project for issue created event if the recipients those are not receiving emails are part of that configuration are not.
