Can't "Manage Sprints" despite being Board Admin and having Manage Sprints permissions

I am not able to complete or create sprints in a board (Project: DevOps, Board: Scrumban), despite being the Board Admin and having the "Manage Sprints" permission as being part of the PMO Group. This "Scrumban" board was created last month, and I was able to complete previous sprints in other boards within the same Project. Any approaches or insight are welcomed

Hi Oliver,

Please check to see (if you aren't already sure) which projects are included in your scrum board - board settings > general > look at the filter. Then go to each project > project settings > permissions and inspect manage sprints permission to ensure you have the necessary permission for each project.

@Jack Brickey amazing response time, thank you.

I believe you were right, there was a rogue project in my Projects field that I didn't have view permissions for. Once this was resolved I was able to manage sprints. Thanks again

Cool! Glad it worked out.
