Can't post screenshots on a comment on tickets of a certain status

Hi, I have an issue with posting screenshots on comments in a team based prokect when the issue is on certain status, 

for example ticekts that I can post images to the comments are on status to-do,

tickets I can't post images to are on statuses: approved, done, denied

any clue what the issue could be?

Hi @Ron Aisen 

Check if there are any proprties set on statuses in the workflow.

This could be the case that attachments are prohibited
