When trying to update tickets through iOS app, I receive error “please document what information is missing from the ticket” when changing to a status that requires a comment. The comment box will no longer open at all, use to open ~50% of the time in previous versions.
1. Has any Atlassian employee ever used the iOS app, do they have any idea how bad it is?
2. How do I work around this issue as it is a complete blocker for managing tickets through iOS?
