Can't open projects on mobile devices

Every time that I try to open a project from my mobile device using the app it says jira encountered an error I am not able to create task from the mobile app, all my employees have the same issue

Hi Christopher,

On the Jira app screen you encounter the error, you can shake your phone and that will bring up a "Send Feedback" form, it will also capture your screen as a screenshot. You can write more details on the issue before sending it to us, which will also send through your OS version information. This will make it easier for us to debug the issue. Can you please do this? Could you provide us with a bit more detail about what you're experiencing please?

Is this across all your Jira projects, or is this specific to Jira Work Management? And does this apply to new projects or also occurring in existing projects?
