Can't open any attachments or imges on jira tickets

When I try to open images or attachments on a jira ticket I get "Something went wrong. We couldn't generate a preview for this file." I've tried clearing my cache and cookies for "all time" in my browser, I don't have any add blockers or built in blockers enabled. Any help would be appreciated

Weirdly today the issue has stopped happening. If I have another similar issue I'll post again, thanks :)

• do you maybe have a screenshot of the behaviour?
• Also, did you try it with a different browser all together?
