Clearing cache and restarting browser did not fix this issue.
When opening a new browser I can log in to id.atlassian.net without issues, but I am taken to the ~company~.atlassian.net Jira page where I am no longer logged in. Clicking the "Log In" button in the bottom left corner just refreshes the page, where I am still logged out. Clicking any other button results in a text window that says: "Something's gone wrong. Our team has been notified... etc."

Please, make sure to log in directly on Confluence by using https://xxxxxx.atlassian.net/wiki
If it doesn't work, please try to login using incognito mode just to make sure you are logged in with the correct account.

It turns out the problem was on the company's side, with the permissions they had set for me. Sorry for any inconvenience, the issue is resolved!
