Can't log in - infinite loop

Hi there,

 

We weren't able to submit a 1:1 support case.
It looks like none of us can login to Jira anymore — we get an infinite loop. Happening for all accounts. Tried incognito too. This is impacting our business.
Account can be provided privately.

Thanks. We can't submit a technical ticket either since it's free tier right now (I think).

Hi @Spencer Kotowick , yes, that's correct that you can't open a ticket to the service desk on a free tier. However, someone from Atlassian has replied to you here.

Also had the same issue, in the end it was because the Admin had only added me the "Jira Product Discovery" App and not the original Jira App that I was trying to access.

Once they could "Grant access" to the correct App I was able to login.

Hi @Spencer Kotowick ,

Welcome to the Community! Have you tried with different browsers? Are you going through a company VPN that may be blocking the access? Can you try with a mobile device?
