Can't load Tempo Timesheets (Atlassian Cloud)

My problem is very similar to this one, but since I'm using a JIRA instance on the Atlassian Cloud, I can't just 'turn it off and then turn it on again.' Any suggestions? Even knowing how to find out which errors are causing the problem would be great.

Thanks, Mauro. I logged in today and it appears that the problem has been resolved. If I have similar issues in the future, I'll do as you suggested!
