Can't install or access any apps

Not sure if there is an issue going on with Jira, but for the last week I have been unable to install or open any apps in Jira.  If I click to install an app, a second or 2 later I just get a "something went wrong" message and there's nothing else I can do.  I have tried using different browsers (firefox and chrome) and it is the same in both.

Hi,

This is usually related to permissions, billing, or a temporary site/app issue rather than the browser. Since it happens across browsers, client-side problems are unlikely.

Please check the following:

* Confirm you are a **Site Admin / Org Admin** (required to install apps)
* Check **Atlassian Administration → Billing** for any payment or suspension issues
* Verify the subscription is active and not in a trial/expired state
* Try accessing apps via **admin.atlassian.com → Apps → Manage apps**
* Check Atlassian Status page for any ongoing incidents
* Ask another admin to test from their account

If everything looks normal and the error persists for a week, it’s best to raise a ticket with Atlassian Support, as it may be a backend issue with your site.
