Can't get rule to run manually

I'm pretty new to using Jira and have done some searching already, but haven't found an answer yet to my issue. I have some automated rules set up that create issues/tasks that work just fine, but I'm trying to create a rule that runs manually rather than on a schedule. For some reason when I create this rule I can't find a way to actually run the rule. In the rule itself there is no button to "Run Rule" like there is for all of my other rules, and in the issue itself there isn't an automation button/option either on the right side of the view or under the More dropdown.

This help page details how to manually run this type of rule.

Your rule is called "PO Import & Validation..." - it is possible to run from the "More" menu you have open in your last screenshot.

The option to run the rule is in that list - it's the second up from the bottom, inbetween "Delete" and "Apply Template"

Just to add to @Ste Wright answer, the execution option for automations is only available in the new issue view, your screenshots indicate that you are using the old issue view (which by the way is going away pretty soon).
