I've created a workflow that uses the public Jira cloud email to receive emails and create 'tasks' automatically for it.
It works when I send emails to it (directly), but do not work when it is sended by an email group (an 'alias' from mydomain that copies the email to other distinct emails), even tough I've marked the option to 'Ignore and accept' from mass emails (and I do not even know if that meets this criteria).
I want the same behaviour when someone sends an email to group@mydomain.com (which I am the domain admin. This email group sends a copy to that global Jira cloud email of my account).
What am I doing wrong? Or if that is an limitation of the free account...
Are you saying the sender (From) is group@mydomain? If so did you add that email as a user?
No, must I? The workflow will only accept emails from users that participate on it? Because in other web tools (Pipefy) it is allowed (because it is of the interest of the created pipe to identify the sender and do automations based on it).
