Can't find out attachment button

Please guide me how to attach document into Jira. Failed to find out attachment button

Hi @Yun.Wang and welcome to the community!

First of all you can drag and drop any file to the comment section of an issue. This will attach the file. Second of all, the attachment button is located here:

Now, if you can't see the attach button, or you can't drag and drop a file to the comment section, then you simply don't have the necessary permission to add attachments. I would contact your Jira Admin to grant the add attachment permission.
