Can't find my SEN

I'm looking for my SEN but when i choose Application in the menu, i can't find it. Please can you help me ?

But when i choose application, i don't have the same fields as it's suggested in the link you provided that i already checked before. I don't have any Versions and licenses fields.

Oh ok, I didn't know you were on Cloud! You can find the SEN on the last page of your invoices:

Note that the SEN doesn't really matter on Cloud, you can create support requests with your Cloud site URL only.
