Can't figure out why two time tracking panels are showing in issue view

Hi,

Recently we did a round of updates to some of our apps to bring them up to their latest versions, and since then we have noticed that when viewing issues two time tracking panels now appear.

We currently allow some clients direct access into projects, and to hide time we are using the Unview for Jira app. However now clients can see one time tracking panel when previously they could not, and internally we see two (as per screenshot).

Has anyone come across this before? Any suggestions on what may be causing it?

We are currently running v8.5.3 of Jira Server and use Tempo and Unview for Jira (for apps that could potentially be affecting this). Both apps are up to date in terms of versions.

I've gone through and checked the modules that relate to time management in our system config and they seem to be turned on or off correctly. Really confounded by this one so any help appreciated.

Thanks

Hi @Steve Smoothy ,

I can help you here and tell you the way I know.

Try to disable the apps once and restart the Jira server(if it's not the prod server) and then enable the apps. It may resolve the issue.

Thanks,
Raja

Thank you. This worked well in our dev environment when tested.
