Can't delete a user (as Admin by the usual way), by mistackly writen by unsupport language.Since the user loging not worked well, i tried to delete the user by the Admin usual way frome users, but i can't delete it.There is another why to delete a user? --> like, go to a specific file and deleted it from there?

You could try removing them from the database.
As always make sure to create a backup of your database and stop Jira prior to proceeding.
