I'm trying to create a board on my company-managed software, but I can't seem to do so.

On the left-hand menu of my project, when I click 'Create board' the dropdown menu closes and nothing happens.

I have also tried creating a board using the top menu Your Work --> Boards --> View all boards and 'Create board', but I'm running into the same issue. When I click 'Create board' the button loads for a bit, but eventually nothing happens.

I don't think it's a permission issue, as I'm the sole creator of this project/account, so I should have admin rights.

When I look at the Chrome network console, there seems to be an error returned 'Unable to load bridge'.

Hello @Adrian Guerra

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Have you tried using another browser application?

Have you tried using a Chrome Incognito window?

Have you tried clearing your Chrome cache/history?

Thanks! Chrome incognito window seems to have resolved the issue. Probably something to do with cache/history indeed...
