Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: Anonymous ID: "f0ca272e-e75c-4ea5-854b-6e0f7854917d")
Please check this issue, thanks. I have tried many times, still error.
Hi @Ling ,
Regarding the issue of being unable to create a site, this is a classic case frequently seen in the community, typically caused by local network conditions.
Resource Interception: During the site creation process, Atlassian must load Google reCAPTCHA for security verification and fetch key static assets from cloudfront.net. In certain specific regions, these domains are often subject to network restrictions or experience timeouts, causing the creation workflow to hang during the background validation phase.
Enable Global Proxy: Use a compliant acceleration tool in "Global Mode" to ensure the CAPTCHA and all backend APIs load correctly.
Switch to Mobile Hotspot: Try using a mobile data hotspot, as network routing can vary between different carriers.
Browser Console Diagnosis: Press F12 to check for Connection Timed Out errors related to www.google.com/recaptcha.
IT Whitelisting: If on a corporate network, ask IT to whitelist *.atlassian.com, *.atlassian.net, and *.cloudfront.net.

Hi Ling,
Welcome to the Jira Community.
Let's see if we can help you troubleshoot this error. Are you able to list in a bit more detail the steps you're taking to create a trial site?
The small details will usually help a lot in identifying what's going wrong.
Regards,
Ben
