Can't create a new Jira

I'm trying to create a new Jira for a project that I'm about to start but I keep getting this.

Have you checked the Atlassian Status page to see if there are any ongoing service issues? Also, does this happen with all project templates or only a specific one? That information could help narrow down whether it's an account issue or a temporary platform problem.
