Can't create Insight object type

I am getting this error when trying to create a new object type.

I've tried:

• Creating a new scheme
• Reinstalling Insight
• Restarting Jira server
• Restarting physical server

Nothing of this helped

Hi,

did you look into application logs? If there are any errors caused by Insight can you share it?

Which log exactly should I look up? Didn't find anything in atlassian-jira.log

Then try to enable audit log for Insight in /secure/admin/InsightPluginShowGeneralConfiguration.jspa

Does this enable insight_audit.log ? It was and still is empty, and nothing changed to atlassian-jira.log

It looks really weird and I remember I had same problem some time ago.

Try set DEBUG level here (/secure/admin/ViewLogging.jspa) for all com.riadalabs classes and look again into atlassian-jira.log (also look into catalina.out in install folder).

Still nothing, and also I dont have catalina.out file in any of Jira directories
