Can't connect account

Hello, 

My colleague is trying to link my account to a company page, but I keep getting error code

When I try to open Jira, the page crashes and keeps refreshing, and I get an error message: "It looks like our database is taking longer than usual to sync. Please wait a moment and try again."

How can we fix this?

Can you maybe share some details on what this exactly means?

My colleague is trying to link my account to a company page...

Are we here talking about mentioning your user account on the page or something else?

As for Jira error, are you trying to access the admin page or just a regular page > project/work item/board...?

I'm asking as there's a known bug related to an invalid error message; see JRACLOUD-82804: Users without Jira Administrator access are landing on invalid error message 

Also, there's an active incident for Jira, but I don't think it's related to what you're experiencing.

What you can also do is to reach out to Atlassian Support and have them check your account. If you're not an app admin, you can ask someone from the team to raise a ticket and add you as a request participant so the official support team can investigate what's going on in the background.
