Can't close a Sprint even when the subtasks are marked as resolved, closed, done.

Are the sub-tasks in the far right-hand column of the board?  And are all the subtasks visible to the user?

yes, it's on the far right "done" column on the sprint board. I had to remove the subtask out of the sprint to close.

Subtasks "visible" to users, can you clarify?

Your screenshot implies there were (sub-)tasks you can't see, because it does not list the 1-4 parent issues they were on.

I'm not sure what "I had to remove the subtask from the sprint" means, as you can't move subtasks out of sprints.
