Can't change product URL (button Change URL is not active)

Hi, I need to change product urls but I can't do it as button Change URL is not active. We didn't change URL previously. Can you please help me to understand how I can change URLs? I'm using Cloud version.

Hi Petr - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You need to be an Organization Admin to make the change. But you are not be able to change the URL for Free accounts.
