Can't approve tickets in my team's project

Hi there,

I get an error when trying to accept a JIRA ticket. My other team mates can do so. I've put myself on same role as my colleagues but I still can't accpet and close the tickets.

See in this screenshot the error message I receive.

Reading the error, seems to be an issue with the field accepted by when applying the post funtion of the transition "Test OK".
I see that the function does a "currentUser.getDirectoryUser()", but I am not able to figure it out.

Apparently this problem was related to Jira admin rights.
Users with Jira admin rights are not able to perform these actions.

With this we consider the problem to be solved.

please let us know what is the type of post function used or if it is provided by a custom plugin. Provide also the code in order to have support on that.
