Can't add watchers

Hi all here in the Community,

Problem (appeared 4 months ago):

We use old UI.

We can't add watchers, if task has another watcher. We can't delete this watcher.

If the field with watchers is empty, we can add another watchers in format [name1,name2,...]

But we can delete watchers in new UI, then activate old UI and add another watchers in format [name1,name2,...]

How to fix the problem?
