Can't add file too sub-task using ctrl-v

When I create a sub-task, I cant add the file from buffer using ctrl-v.

When I create a usual task, I can add the file from buffer using ctrl-v.

Is it a bug?

Welcome to Atlassian community.

I performed some tests in my JIRA Cloud instance and it seems that the Ctrl-V (Command_V) command is properly working for both Tasks and sub-tasks at least from my side.

That been said, can you please let us know if you are using JIRA Server or Cloud? You are using the new issue view or the old one?

Also, could you please provide us the exact steps you have performed to reproduce this issue? Maybe videos or screenshots will help us to identify what steps you are taking to reproduce the issue.

We will be waiting for your answer to better understand it.
