Can't add any users or send invites

When attempting to add a user to the organization or Jira, it throws an error stating to "try again."

 

I have a feeling this relates to the transfer of products from one organization to another, which I did yesterday when I realized I created the orgaization for my personal projects with the name of my company.

 

I have no clue how to resolve this, but I do have a backup of Jira from before it started acting up if I need to reset everything.

Hi @Kevin Salvatorelli ,

You can clear browsing data from your browser and then restart your browser. after that log into your account! 

I have faced a lot of time it fixed for me. I hope it will solve your issue.

Thank you for the suggestion, unfortunatly it did not resolve the issue.

 

As an extra check, I tried it in Chrome and Edge (I use Firefox primarily) which have never been used to login to Atlassian and it also did not resolve it.

 

Do you have any other ideas?

@Kevin Salvatorelli wait for few hours max 24 hours! and then try to send invites.

It happens sometimes and the problem occurs due to many different problems but from the Atlassian cloud servers side everything is working fine. If even after 24 hours it was not fixed only then contact here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
