Can't add any trial addon to Jira Cloud

Hi. I'm been trying to install several ad-dons since yesterday but nothing has changed .

 

1. Pick addon. for example "Tempo Timesheets: Time Tracking & Report"

2. click "Try it free"

3. click "Start free trial" 

4. popup message 

"Adding Tempo Timesheets: Time Tracking & Report...

We'll tell you when your app has been added."

5. popup bag message after few minutes

"We ran into a little trouble It might just be a hiccup. Try again in a bit."

Hi Maxim,

Can you  please create a ticket for this in our Tempo Support system (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6) so we can better investigate this.

Can you please add the URL of your cloud instance and information if you had at some time Tempo installed ( possibly an expired trial ) or if you were installing a backup from another JIRA instance might be helpful.

  • Have you tried to install any free app? Does it work?
  • Did you restore Jira from a backup recently?

Hi.

1. Yeah, free apps added perfectly

2. We restore Jira from backup probably year ago

So, please check your payment details. Jira (I guess) won't allow you to add a paid app if the payment method is not defined or not valid. 

If it doesn't help, go directly to Atlassian support. They will help.
