Can't access project

Hello,

I would like to ask for you help in the following matter:

Issue:

We have a project, that from one day to the other, two of our team members couldn't access because they saw the project as private, even though one of them was the creator of the project.

Expected:

As nothing has changed afaik, they should have full access to the project.

Given:

We are using the free plan, so permissions and such don't exist, as far as I understand

I tried:

1. In the free plan we still have groups, so I assigned the 2 team members to all existing groups (including administrators) - after this, the creator of the project could access the project but not the other team member

2. I checked the permission schema of the project and "Browse Projects" is set to "Application access (Any logged in user)"

3. I used the permission helper with the team member's name and a ticket from the problematic board and found no issues

4. I also tried removing her roles and giving them back

5. I gave the team member Site Administrator role

What kind of error is the user getting? Can you share a screenshot of what that user sees and what you see?

You might have the user clear their cache in their browser or even try another broswer to see if it changes anything.

The cache deletion didn't work but using a different browser did.
