Can't access my own domain

Hello all,

4/5 months ago I've created this domain: korbersupplychain.atlassian.net with my company e-mail, but, now, I can't access it.

When I try to enter, it says my e-mail doesn't have access to the Jira domain.

How can that be possible?

I was accessing with an alias e-mail, and for that reason, Atlassian was not identifying my e-mail.
