Help you with this on the community. You should reach out to your admin.

Hi @Christophe

it could make sense to address this in general with your upper management (probably your own or the one of your internal's helpdesk).

Every once in a while users from your enterprise are requesting the same from Community whereas only your internal (or outsourced, we just cannot know) helpdesk can reset passwords or give further advise.

This is the last occurrence when it happened. If you have absolutely no idea who to contact I'd encourage you to contact the colleague who raised the request here in Community last year - if and how he meanwhile got access to your enterprise's Jira.

It doesn't help much.

I have no idea who to ask :(

( I tried to contact the help desk but they told me to contact the community...)

Best regards

Chris

You probably tried to contact Atlassian's help desk, they often refer people to the community here.

But we simply can't help you - we have no access to, or knowledge of, your organisation's Jira system.

You need to contact your organisation's help desk, or the (Jira) admins for the organisation.

To find them, ask the people who asked you to use that Jira, the people who gave you the account, or someone else you know who is using it (a colleague)
