I have created a Jira and connected it to previously created by myself Confluence of the same project.
When I started to set up the board and noticed that some of actions and not available or looks restricted, for example I have an issue with possibility to set up new statuses and assign it to the columns of the boards.
When reviewing my permissions I do not see anything unusual.
No idea why this happened and what to do next to set up the board according to mt needs.
Hi @tatiana_weber , i'm not exactly following your post here. However, let me try to get the conversation started. First, you are in a team manage project and as such, he will not see board settings under the ellipses in the top right as noted in your first image. You can select Configure Board which will take you to the Columns and statuses settings under Project settings. It is possible that you are confusing how team managed projects and company manage projects are administered. They are quite a bit different.
