I have an account with a given domain linked to Jira. Our company changed the domain but older one still works, as it redirect to new email inbox. But it works like this:
Click "Can't log in?", input older email then click "Send recovery link". Check new domain email inbox and click the recovery link.
But the "Send recovery link" button tries to log me in again and doesn't send the email anymore.
If you can help me get the recovery link email back again, it'll solve this issue.
Solution: one can request access to Jira with new email and explain situation, then admin can provide access to this new account and revoke the older one.

I understand that you have found a solution to this issue by having your Cloud site admin invite you back to this site under a new email address. I would recommend that you post this as an answer to your own question. This is encouraged because it can then help other users in the future that might have the same problem.
