Hi - so I read the article on Forms coming to JIRA here: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-articles/Public-forms-are-coming-to-Jira/ba-p/2995431 and then tried reading all of the documentation that exists on forms. Manage access and share a form | Jira Cloud | Atlassian Support
And yet - I cannot at all find Forms. There is no menu item on space administration. I can find nothing in the JIRA admin settings to enable them. We have used Collectors for a long time but we can't embed our internal issue collector into our new company intranet, and so I was asked to look into Forms instead but I can't find the menu item anywhere. Tried creating a new test Space in Software, just to see if it showed up there, didn't. Google suggested brute forcing it in space settings by changing the URL, which didn't work either. Help? No mention of it in the Features area, either as something to turn on for the Space.
Hi Karen - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Is this a Company-managed or Team-managed Software space?
Forms will be a menu option across the top - typically between the List and Goals options (if that one is turned on). If you still don't see it, click the More tab to the far right.
Company managed. And lord I've been looking in space settings, not the board. Thank you! Yes, I was able to find it. Marking answer accepted.
