Can't Delete Atlassian Account

I created an account to test Jira, but no longer need to use the product. Every time I try to delete my Atlassian account, I get the message 

Your account can't be deleted because:

• User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements

I have deactivated all of my free trials, but the only thing I can't remove is Rovo. I have gone through all of the documentation to try to delete my organization and account, and cannot do either. How can i permanently and completely delete my Atlassian account?

Hi @Raquel , I suggest opening a support ticket and choose Billing option.
