We switched from premium to enterprise for confluence. We should have 1000 users but our account only shows 9. We created a ticket but no one has touched it in 24 hours. When we switch to enterprise we were told we would have 24/7 support and onboarding. We never got onboarded into enterprise and never got a phone number for support. Please advise.

Hi @Dee from Texas , if you go into settings > billing and check Confluence are you indeed on enterprise? Is it possible that you have standard confluence still but enterprise Jira?

The user count that you see when you go to admin.atlassian.com only shows the active number of users. If you go to Products > User counts you will the the total number of users that you can assign a license to (this is only showing the info for enterprise licenses).
The phone support means that you can add a phone number to your support request and the support engineer will call you. You do not get a phone number that you can use to contact support, you still have to submit a request first.
